Installed and had immediate problems. Support didn't respond for days - too important an app to not work or respond.

This app beautifully took on the css of my store and was easy to set up. Both Zac and Kevin responded super fast, were friendly and quick to help me problem solve something I needed specific for my store. We had new theme from shopify that was a bit glitchy but immediately got help from the founder who took so much time to walk me through and address everything. Customer service top notch! This app allows you to have gift messages and send to multiple addresses from one cart which is great during holiday season! This app is a home run.

We've constantly gotten request from buyers over the past few months to implement a way to send care packages to multiple addresses. This was an easy and very cost effective solution! We have some complicated code on our theme and Kevin was incredibly helpful in ensuring the app not only worked properly, but plugged into our theme in a clean way. They ask questions specific to your business to tailor the app to you and your customers. I'm a big fan of the Gist family of apps!
