Giftship: Gift Options & More

Absolutely love this app. Not only does it do exactly what we need it to do, but the customer service & support team is wonderful. S/o to Zac Fair.

The number-one best feature of this app is that the developers are extremely responsive to questions. Every time I've written to them to ask about product features or troubleshoot, they've replied the same day – usually within an hour. I use this app to enable shipping to multiple addresses within a single order and to allow customers to pick a delayed ship date. The app works as expected and did not take long to set up.

We bought this app for the Multi-address ship function. It took a little bit of work to get it set up as we envisaged. Any query we had was answered incredibly well and quickly. The support is some the best I have encountered from an App developer. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this app.

I am super impressed with the customer support from the Giftship team!! I needed some help getting the app set up with my theme, and they jumped right in and took care of it. They even went the extra step of looking at how I had things configured and suggesting a change for a better user experience. We used Multiship for over a year, and recently stepped over on Giftshop to use even more features. Whereas most features are very self-explanatory, the service team is always super fast and helpful whenever I can't get things figured out myself. Big thumbs up for an excellent service.
