I really want to like this app as it offers what I need for my business. However, the lack of urgency in support has got me to rate this only 3 stars. I had to turn off ads and I'm losing revenue until they work out bugs in their system. They know how critical it is to me and yet I do not feel they take it a priority. Most really good app offer a support chat where things can get done quickly. ...

*Updated to 3 stars, spoke to Zach, who explained I had spoken with the call center. He was knowledgable and helpful. Advised email as the best way to get quick support (creates a support ticket) rather than phone. Will stick with email going forward. Will update again after app has been running.

We tried this app to help us with gift notes and wanted to see if we had any real need for multiple address shipping. In the end, we went in a different direction due to low-resolution images and camera icons istead of product images on the cart page.
