This app has been so great for us and the support is amazing. Their support is incredibly fast and has helped me customize the app so it works the best for our store. I highly recommend them.

Had some issues with initial setup, emailed the team & they replied within 5 minutes and got the issue resolved. Superb customer service so far, haven't tested the app out fully as of yet.

Fantastic app and a great support team. Tom and Zac have worked tirelessly to customise the app to meet our business needs - even organising a zoom meeting at a moments notice to talk through functionality. Fantastic date picker and gift message options that means we’ve completely moved away from our legacy ‘cart notes’ model which presented its fair share of customer friction. Would highly recommend this app and team. Thanks again Tim and team.

Excellent app that has really helped us with Gift Message options and printing multiple gift cards easily. Have only used this function so far but will be looking at some of the other options in the future. Tim has also been particularly helpful when we had some queries. Highly reccommended :-)

GREAT SERVICE and support. I was unsure if the app could do what i wanted. I needed to collect delivery info, a gift card message and a delivery date and time. Support emails were replied to quickly and after comprehensive emails on "HOW TO SET UP GIFTSHIP" my lack of knowledge still prevented it from working. A quick Zoom meeting resolved everything quickly and easily. They couldn't have been more obliging to help me. I'm happy to be dealing with a professional company. This app was a complete solution for our site that allowed us to collect & tag vital information for our order process. It transitioned beautifully to our site and had fast support from Tim with Gist. This is the simplest and most user friendly app we have come across for custom products & gift sets and highly recommend it! Thanks again Tim!

Working with Pix has been really great. They have been quick to answer my questions, honest about the functionality of the app and have made custom changes to adapt the app to my web site. This doesn't cover all that they have done. I will be launching the Multiship application shortly and I am sure it will increase my sales as the app is well designed for selling and functionality.

This app saved us thousands in development costs. Works perfectly out of the box. Their customer service is also above and beyond stellar. Tim was so extremely helpful. We are really glad we found this app.

After installing this app, multiple addresses feature was working quite well. But after some days, this feature is not working properly. After adding multiple addresses to the products on cart page it shows an error "No Shipping Rate Available" and does not proceed to checkout.
