We are big fans of their app, but even more impressed with the customer service. They fix any issues at lightning speed. The team is a joy to work with, too.

I had been searching for an app that could show delivery dates on product pages - as well as upsell! and GiftShip is amazing. The support from Tim has been incredible - a zoom call, and numerous emails to answer any questions I had and help me through set up. Wonderful app and great support. Thank you!!!

We used this app to streamline gifting options and integrate gift messages and multiple delivery addresses into our checkout process. It had great functionality out of the box, and the support team has been highly responsive in troubleshooting some issues in the shopping cart after we launched a new site theme, and is assisting us with a few custom tweaks to the code to ensure the app continues to meet our needs. Thanks to Tim and Zac for their amazing support!

I haven't found anything like this app! As a flower shop, I needed the ability to attach gift messages to orders and be able to have customers select a specific delivery date. So far it has worked amazingly! The person who helped me was extremely helpful and was able to respond quickly to the edits I needed to make! The only bummer is that I wish we had the option to allow the messaging feature only to apply to certain products. It currently applies to all our products in our online store. The other feature I wish it had was to be able to create custom calendars for specific products. There is only one calendar that you build and it applies to all your products- so, for example, I would like flowers to have a Monday-Friday availability in the calendar, and our loaves of bread Tuesday-Saturday; this currently isn't possible, but needs to be hired out to build code to work this out. Other than those things, we love this app! Its been working great, and great communication with the gift ship team.

We went back for some additional help in June and Kevin couldn't have been more helpful. We really appreciate it.

This app was a gamechanger for our business. We initially got it for the Multiship capabilities, but now we also use the Datepicker, Upsells and Gift Message Boxes. This app has solved many small nuisance problems for us, and a few big ones too. It's worth every penny and then some. Plus, customer service is EXCELLENT and very responsive.

So far integration with our Shopify store has been fairly seamless. There was some support needed for the initial setup but customer service was quick and easy. The shipping to multiple address feature works great.

Hi there!

I just wanted to follow up on this, since we have since added documentation for how to hide prices on the packing slip, using Shopify's "order printer" app.

As a bit of a background, apps cannot actually modify the packing slip template automatically, and furthermore, the packing slip template cannot conditionally hide or show a products price based on a "note attribute" flagging the order as a gift, since these properties are note available in the packing slip template.

Order printer, however does have access to the note attribute variables, so can be used to conditionally hide the pricing based on the values selected in Giftship.

This is the perfect app if you ship gifts - I love that our customers can leave a gift note & choose their delivery date. They're also super responsive and helped me customize it so that it matches the style of my website!
