The app does the job. It's helping the grown of our business. Sometimes we just get some missing information, but after some deep analyzing with support, it's just a Shopify hiccup.
I really want to like this app as it offers what I need for my business. However, the lack of urgency in support has got me to rate this only 3 stars. I had to turn off ads and I'm losing revenue until they work out bugs in their system. They know how critical it is to me and yet I do not feel they take it a priority. Most really good app offer a support chat where things can get done quickly. With this app, they do not offer this. Your at the mercy of a different timezone and days to resolve critical issues. I am interested in wholesale app they offer but if it's the same level of sub par support, I'll most likely pass all together and fin another app that gives better support. Also, this app archives multiple address orders meaning its counting revenue twice when it should not, which gives false analytics for my business. The solution they offered was to disable auto archiving orders. But when I do this, the main order is a hot mess with a bunch of code to decider just to find gift message. Also, Customer facing with this solution is not ideal either as again, the coding takes over the order page. It's close to being a phenomenal app, but the lack of support and bugs in their prevents them from being Great.
GiftShip was easy to install and the team was very helpful and responsive when questions about integrating features into our custom theme came up. Everything looks clean on our site and customers have started to use the feature right away. Great app and service.
Giftship does exactly what it promises to do, and the support has taken care of our questions and issues super fast.
I can't speak highly enough about their customer service. They're incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I've had and are genuinely interested in providing their customers with a useful product.
Switched from Multiship to Giftship to have an easier time collecting gift notes and proper multiple shipping at the same time. So GiftShip was exactly what we needed. During the transition between the two we had of issues with previous coding and I have to say that their support is TOP NOTCH! Had issues with our own code and Gist during the free trial period and Tim came in to help and through emails over the course of a few days was able to pinpoint the issues I was having and fix it right before the holiday kicked into gear. So grateful! I do wish some of the processes to customize were a bit easier to understand, but that very well could just be my current experience level with Shopify.
It stopped working out of a sudden while the app was charging our bills. so disappointing. The app is so nice and organized but paying for something that stopped working while billing the invoices is just so unacceptable.

I was using Multiship to help streamline the checkout for customers shipping my chocolates to different locations with one checkout. It worked well but I was looking for a better way for gift messages to be added to each destination. I switched to Gift ship but needed the messages placed in a certain location to properly print to my specs on my packing slips. Kevin with Giftship logged in and applied fixes to all my requests until it was all perfect. He even fixed some inconsistencies in my cart HTML to clean it up. It now is just how I needed it and was much appreciated.
Helpful for bulk printing orders and adding delivery dates, messages and special notes at checkout. Can't thank Tim from Support Team enough for help in setting up packing slips - the video of the process was fantastic, I learnt so much. Highly Recommend - great app and team behind it!
