Giftship: Gift Options & More

Giftship is an awesome app, they have great programmers, who are easy to communicate with and they respond quickly! They re-customized there app to suit our needs and were a week ahead of schedule! What we've wanted for years they did in a few weeks!!! Thanks Zac and Timothy you're the best!!!

We love the functionality of Gift Ship and combined it with other 3rd party apps to create some great options. The Giftship team provided amazing support throughout the process. In addition their response time is super fast and helpful.

The app was a huge help for customers splitting orders, although it was sometimes confusing on shipstation. For example, if a user leaves a gift message' it doesn't fill in the personal message part in shipstation. I had to rewrite that manually each time, which got cumbersome. Another thing that would be helpful is to have the 'delivery time' customized to say 'estimated delivery' of 'estimated shipment'. folks were very angry with us on delivery dates as we can't really control that, so some option here with flexible times would be super cool. We are seasonal and won't be using Giftship until next year. We'll use them again as it helped our customers big time. Thanks again!

Firstly, amazing customer service! Unlike other developers, they have a chatbox built-in to their app so you can chat directly with them. They walked us through the entire setup process, answered all of our questions and generally made it a pleasant experience. As a flower seller, the features fit our needs perfectly. Definitely reccomend it!
