Giftship: Gift, Bundle & Ship

We absolutely love Giftship! It is super easy to use and the customer support is the best of any app on my store. I appreciate how customizable and versatile the app is. No need for 5 different apps to do the job that this one will do. We highly recommend to anyone considering adding it to theirs. If you just need an app that will allow you to send shipments to another address this app will work for you. However, if you care about the analytics of your website DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. Not only will this app inflate your order numbers (each GiftShip order counts as 2 orders) but it will also miscalculate your financial analytics. This does not mean you won't get paid what you are owed, it means that you will not be able to distinguish what you actually MADE through GiftShip. I have spent countless hours trying to figure out financial analytics including hours on support calls with BOTH Shopify and Gist and it was determined that the API between Gist and Shopify is faulty and Gist was unable to figure out how to send appropriate data to Shopify for store owners to get accurate meaningful analytics.

We've used this product for a couple years for the multi-address ship option and it's been great! We then started using the order printer, simple transition. Recently, we added the Box Builder and it's also working very well. Support has been amazing as we fumbled our way through adding these things ourselves.

We’ve been using the GiftShip app for some time now and have been impressed by the range of new tools that are consistently added and expanded upon. The team has been incredibly patient and supportive, offering assistance to us less technically inclined people, helping resolve style changes, app conflicts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly with the unique way our site is set up. This has allowed us to get the most out of the service.

The recent addition of the drawer cart, along with compatibility for delayed dispatch dates, gift messages, and split shipping to multiple addresses, has been particularly beneficial for our gifting business. Many other apps fail to adequately support the specific gifting needs of our customers, but GiftShip excels in this area. While most e-commerce tools focus on the straightforward click-and-buy process, GiftShip addresses the more complex requirements of gifting customers throughout their purchasing journey.

Additionally, the app takes into account the fulfilment process from the admin side. When orders are passed through to our shipping portal, all items are listed in the correct order according to the customer’s gift box. This is particularly helpful when customers order multiple gift boxes, as it ensures our fulfilment team can quickly identify which items belong in each box, saving valuable time and preventing errors. Overall, GiftShip has made a significant impact on our efficiency and customer satisfaction.

I have two stores and use Giftship . One store uses different features than the other. However, in both cases, Gifthsip is great. I'm Shop Plus and it's very helpful to use Giftship and I'm not being paid to say this, I sell amazing products not my time for reviews. My experience is always very good with them and their customer support is super helpful.

I use Gift Ship on my shopify website and love how simple it is to use. I recently had an issue with delivery dates not being printed on my order confirmation email. After unsuccessfully trying to fix it myself I contacted Dhopify who put me onto GS help. While they are based in Canada and I’m in Australia, this didn’t affect their responsiveness in helping me fix my issue. All done in a few hours. Brilliant service.

With so many features—like shipping to multiple addresses, bundling products, a custom box builder, along with customizable cart and checkout features to name a few, Giftship simplifies so many mechanisms we need to operate our website.

We particularly appreciate the attention to detail and usability, which has improved our customer user flow, and the fast and responsive technical support from the development team at Gist makes navigating the app smooth and easy.
