This app has been invaluable during busy gift-giving holidays! I also really appreciate how well the features integrate into the site visually— no weirdly bulky add-on visuals or anything, just streamlined text with a checkbox. The dev team is always very responsive and helpful too. :)
Alright, let me break down my full experience with GiftShip. I first came across this app 1 year ago, and I implemented it on my website. I knew exactly what I wanted, but back then they did not have it all the capabilities, and I ended up leaving. We just recently came back to GiftShip, and the difference in capability, workflow, and a huge improvement in UX has been tremendous. Picking any paid service is like picking a partner in business, and we are very careful with that. We try to pick wisely. Now, congratulations to the team on the massive growth, and major improvements in the platform. And also for Tim, for being an awesome Merchant Support filled with wise coding knowledge and fast turnaround. The company is lucky to have you!
UPDATE: I've adjusted my 1 star review, as after posting Tim & Kevin fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Here's to happily shipping to multiple addresses again.
I loved this app. Support was initially great, and there is no doubt it has boosted sales. However we have had an issue with this app since the middle of May 2020, where whenever a customer tries to enter an address the app just freezes, with the dreaded constant spinning 'wait' wheel. I contacted Pix on the 20 May. Nothing. On the 27th May. No response. Mid June, no response, again on 4th July through every support channel i could, in frustration. Still nothing. This is a great app, but unuseable for us as the support has become so poor. I'm giving it a week, then uninstalling. It's a real shame and so so frustrating. When an app is this useful, the support needs to match it, which it did in the beginning. I'm wondering whether this is a classic case of give good tech support at the outset to get excellent reviews, and then abandomnolder accounts to their fate. Real shame.

When we were building our Shopify business, we had repeated bad experiences with Shopify "experts" and other applications companies. Finally, with Apps by Pix we have found a Shopify app and business that has been genuinely helpful, concerned for our business, and mindful and caring about the quality product they are producing. We are soooo appreciative of Zac and Tim and the team at Apps by Pix for their detailed work. This app improves our business model, our customer experience, and our operations substantially!! We invested in a lot of up front work with Zac and Tim before installing the app - these guys are terrific!! They are VERY responsive whenever we have had a question or concern. We required a bit of customization on the app to fit our business model and they came through with flying colors! We would recommend this company to anyone considering the app. By the way - we checked out several of their references beforehand and got the exact same feedback!! That speaks volumes! Thank you Zac and Tim for showing us that we can partner with a development company that won't leave us high and dry!! Keep up the great work!

Giftship is an awesome way to customize the gifting experience for your customers. The best part, the customer service is AMAZING! We highly recommend adding this app to your Shopify site.
We recently changed to giftship from another app we had used for a number of years to help with better functionality for our shipping. We have previously used another app for our gift hamper service The Botanica Box. Having recently engaged another web designer for our latest business, Foliar (a florist) we were recommended to use Giftship for that. We were so impressed by the extra functionality included cut off times that could be set to our local time and Clearer entries for note card entry. We decided to also change this over to our gift hamper service. It was easy to set up, but I just needed help to remove sections of code that are not needed now. The response I received from support was incredible and they were able to resolve the issue immediately. I could not be happier with the app itself and the support as well
Zac and the whole GiftShip team have been amazing to work with in bringing what had to be this insanely complicated functionality to the Shopify community selling gifts.
