Used for gift messages - free messages very easy and straightforward to set up. Charging for messages a bit more complex but worked through with a helpful dev team.

Excellent app. Excellent service. Had to pay for some adjustments to be done with setting up - I would prefer such things done for free obviously, but as the service was so snappy and exact I can't complain. :) Highly recommend.

We have used Giftship on our gift hamper website for a couple of years now and have been very impressed with it's features, particularly the multi-address cart and the ability to black-out certain delivery dates, eg. weekends and public holidays.
We recently had to log a service request due to a couple of small issues after a recent upgrade. Giftship responded very quickly and Cam was able to quickly identify the issue and get things working perfectly again for us in no time. Giftship is amazing. They were even able to help us implement an extra delivery charge that is triggered by a specific selected date. They were really fast at getting it in place.

I use Gift Ship on my shopify website and love how simple it is to use. I recently had an issue with delivery dates not being printed on my order confirmation email. After unsuccessfully trying to fix it myself I contacted Dhopify who put me onto GS help. While they are based in Canada and I’m in Australia, this didn’t affect their responsiveness in helping me fix my issue. All done in a few hours. Brilliant service.
