Giftship: Gift Options & More

Our experience with Gift Ship has been so good! The team has gone out of their way to offer support and training for our team as we learn to navigate the app. They are quick to respond and very helpful!

Tremendous service, went above and beyond typical support to help. This app is something that we've actually been looking for. Having the ability to purchase multiple items and have them shipped to different contacts is HUGE! Looking forward to seeing increased orders thanks to Giftship.

I wish every app developer was as responsive, prompt, and helpful as Giftship's team! Stella, Mateo, and Tim helped me work through several issues specific to making the app work for my needs. They even helped adjust the text alignment to match my product pages better, along with the padding around their app's added text on my product pages, creating a much more built-in, custom appearance.

In regards to the functionality itself, it's flawless. I changed text fields and prompts within the "Manage Translations" portion of the back-end of the app to make it really work well with my store. And, I love that it splits the gifts into separate orders, which pull perfectly into ShipStation.

While it may not be the least expensive app out there, it's worth every dollar!

I use this app for the Delivery date picker and for Product Options (product add-ons / upsells) on product pages. I was after a customised solution that required some CSS and javascript changes. Having run into problems because I suck at coding, I received help from their support team. One of their support guys named Tim was very helpful with implementing a solution quickly. Thank you, and this app really is a great all-in-one gift app!

Tim was excellent to work with, and quick to respond to every inquiry I had during the process of testing the platform and determining how it would integrate with our current shopping site.
