We really love the gift message option, as we sell artisan sweets typically given as gifts. The app offers so many other features that we are excited to tap into as well. Customer service is very prompt and friendly. I'm not very tech savvy, and the team has been very polite and helpful.
This app was a lot easier to set up than other's I tried and when I had an issue they resolved it right away.

I am loving this app so far! I am pretty pleased with all the fonctionalities and how it blends in perfectly with my gift store and also the really good customer service.
Happy with the app and support provided so far. We wanted to customize the datepicker text formatting and Tim from their support team edited the theme code for us and was a big help. The ship to multiple address and datepicker are important additions to our site during the holidays.
We added this app for gift message and ship to multiple addresses features. Both were easy to implement. And for a few specific issues we were having with our theme, Tim from their team was incredibly quick and thorough with his support, going above what I asked. Highly recommend.
The Gist team is very helpful and responsive, email chat was quick and effective. We got setup through the setup wizard and the minor visual tweaks were performed within the hour. Thanks Tim!
Giftship is a great app for gift-related ecommerce. When things come up that aren't working correctly, they are quick to respond and resolve the problems. Overall, a very good app.
This is our second Holiday season with Shopify. Last season we needed a multiship feature. Heading into this Holiday season and hearing about this app, we couldn't get it installed fast enough. Giftship is a MUST HAVE for any Shopify store. Furthermore, we could not have had it ready in time if it wasn't for the tremendous customer support from the PIX team. By far one of the best customer support teams I have ever worked with...THANKS YOU GUYS!

We did not have an in-house developer and have little coding knowledge. They were very willing to help us and offer advice to get it all looking and working as we needed. The app is great for us as most customers hop with us to buy gifts to send to others. We're able to charge extra to add a personal message in a greetings card and allow customers to choose a delivery date. The upsell pop up is also great and we can set different upsells for different product collections. We found the split address function too complicated and it needed too many styling changes so did not use that part. It works responsively, and the developer even helped us to add some code so that it would not appear on our e-gift card page (where we do not want to offer a greetings card or delivery date option). There's some improvements we'd love to see, including the option to write a gift message to appear in the e-gift card email, editing the style and position of the gift message for printing into cards, and somehow making it so that orders for future delivery get an automatic tag to hold them so they do not go on the picking sheet immediately. It would also be great to have more flexibility with the delivery date picker - if someone places an order on the Friday night, we cannot deliver that Monday as we do not dispatch at weekends, but we can deliver on future Mondays as we can dispatch on the Friday. If that makes sense?! Hopefully the developers will keep enhancing the app to add this stuff in. It's just suggestions, not complaints. All in all, a great app and absolutely brilliant customer service.
