Giftship: Gift Options & More

I've been super pleased with this app. I appreciate all of the features jam packed into this single app - I feel that I am getting a value for my money. My favorite feature is the build-a-box, which, simply put, makes buying more product easier for my customers. When I have had to reach out to support, response time has been prompt and issues resolved quickly and easily. It's a fantastic, do-it-all gifting app.

We use the GiftShip app on our Cart, as well as their "big brother" Wholster app. Both are fantastic for split-shipping an order, and are well designed for user experience. GiftShip works well for "self-serve" customers to fulfill an order to ship to multiple addresses; Wholster is great for larger split-ship orders, or B2B customers who need invoicing options.
The Support team is helpful, responsive, and quick to find solutions when there are small bugs or hiccups.

I highly recommend Giftship! I was looking for a solution that provided gift message, gift wrap upsell, and multi-ship functionalities all in one, and Giftship delivered. Giftship works! And it fills a need that Shopify has never addressed - how to ship gifts to multiple people without creating new orders for each person on the gift list. It also provides for gift messages and future ship dates. We have had no issues on the technical side. Technical support at Pix has been excellent though sometimes a little slow.

Great comprehensive service additions at checkout. Our customers love being able to, in one order, check everyone off of their list for gift shipping. Works well on our backend for fulfilling these orders. Not to mention that we needed to restrict some parameters so this app would work well with our in-store pickup app we received quick help that efficiently solved our issue! Thanks Tim!

I was looking for an app so I could offer shipping to multiple addresses. This does exactly what I needed! I had a minor issue after installation and support was great and they took care of it right away.

This is the only app we could find that would do what we needed. More importantly, however, are the guys behind the scenes! When it comes to any issues or troubleshooting, configuring specific needs, etc., they have been amazing to work with. I worked with both Kevin and Tim, and they're quick to reply, gracious, patient, and get it done! Easiest 5 star review.
