The team at Gist are hands down one of the BEST teams I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.

Our initial GiftShip implementation faced a couple of hiccups due entirely to how our Shopify instance was configured (with third-party apps) and a lack of understanding regarding the features we required.

As our rollout was time sensitive and our deadline fast approaching, I reached out to Jayson, Tim, Zac as well as the other amazing Gist team members for any advice and/or support they could offer.

Not only were my queries answered promptly, but also with care and compassion. In less than 48 hours I must have sent a dozen or more emails about several separate technical issues, yet each and every time the response was friendly, pleasant and helpful.

We spent a long time looking for a gift message app that would meet our needs. Many gift message apps don't allow you to add 2 gifts to the basket with 2 separate gift messages, which was essential for us. Giftship does allow this and offers many other add-ons such as gift cards and upsells. Support were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this app to anyone wanting a gift message app with advanced functionality.

One of the best apps for companies that specialize in gifting. There are so many features that we have implemented and the app is reasonably priced. I love having all of the features in app, rather than having to download multiple apps to do a single function. Really good app and service. They help you out when you need something, take feedback and they are trying to build a clean app.They also reply to emails quickly (within 24 hours). I use their gifting options, box builder and product options. It's great to have ONE app to do many things rather than having a bunch of conflicting apps on our site.
