We’ve been using the GiftShip app for some time now and have been impressed by the range of new tools that are consistently added and expanded upon. The team has been incredibly patient and supportive, offering assistance to us less technically inclined people, helping resolve style changes, app conflicts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly with the unique way our site is set up. This has allowed us to get the most out of the service.

The recent addition of the drawer cart, along with compatibility for delayed dispatch dates, gift messages, and split shipping to multiple addresses, has been particularly beneficial for our gifting business. Many other apps fail to adequately support the specific gifting needs of our customers, but GiftShip excels in this area. Very responsive support, quick to help make everything work. There seems to be lots of other features that I haven't utilized, but one day I will test some other things out.
