The team at Gist are hands down one of the BEST teams I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.
Our initial GiftShip implementation faced a couple of hiccups due entirely to how our Shopify instance was configured (with third-party apps) and a lack of understanding regarding the features we required.

One of the best apps for companies that specialize in gifting. There are so many features that we have implemented and the app is reasonably priced.
