Let down badly. App dropped from my account around July when shopify changed to 2.0. Never informed by the team but they continued to charge for months until I noticed I was paying for no service. They offered no charge for the next 3 months but I was so annoyed refused and asked for a refund. Never heard from them again. Crazy really it's a good app but the trust is gone.
It works most of the time where it captures the gift message and gift wrapping, but it's very buggy, often it cuts off a message midway, the dashboard doesn't show any real data (just says no orders yet). Definitely not worth what they charge.
App is not working. It feels like an experiment (Beta) for months and months. Customer service is inconsistent and slow. Feels like this ship is going nowhere. Im out. Wishing you guys all the best in the future.
