I'm having trouble verifying my phone number. When I opened my account I entered my number incorrectly and now I can't verify it as requested. I sent a support request but I don't understand the response. How can I resolve this?
Have a problem with a broken piece on a treadmill and yet they have not responded to this issue for over a week and I keep trying to contact them yet nothing. Support is obviously lacking alot

Customer service has been great and handled all my issues quickly now, actually they handled the issue here but forgot to inform me.

Giga apps are viable and easy to use. Don't forget to sync your products when you log into the Giga website, it's an excellent step.

I had a problem with importing products Giga reached out to me immediately and fixed the problem. It was a glitch or bug! Not their fault! I must say they have the best customer service. Because of this I would recommend them to others.
