I installed the app few days ago.
I want to delete it because it doesnt give the customer to decide by himself what amount he want to donate, its only fixed amount or round up.
The app is requiring credit card for installation, and theres no option to delete my CC details!
I cant reach the support and want to make sure the details are deleted before i delete the app from my store...

Bad customer service. I had an issue with the app. It took them 3 days to respond (didn’t help at all) I responded right away and then waited 2 more days with no response at all.i guess I’m deleting. Most apps I use Atleast respond if not fix the issue within a few hours.

Hi, we do see one query via an email to our support group on Sunday Feb 23, another thru Shopify on Monday Feb 24, and again via Shopify on Tuesday, Feb 25. Earlier you had contacted Shopify support, but they are not able to help with third-party apps like Give & Grow.

Our Give and Grow specialist did reply on Wednesday Feb 26 and you replied with screenshots. He followed up on the 28th asking if you wanted to provide access to your custom theme so he could troubleshoot (custom themes are frequently the source of problems). You replied "Lol no way I deleted the app." Our point is that we DID respond, if not promptly.

Sorry for the bad experience! We have since tripled the size of our support team and trained up additional people to help with Give & Grow.

great app, allows you to contribute a portion of funds to charity. They have a lot ' of charities already set up, so it is easy to use. also comes with a "total contributed" widget to display on site. I uninstalled because we are not going to contribute to charity as a part of purchase anymore.

I've wanted to give back as part of my store since I started it, but have had to do it manually this whole time. It's been time-consuming and more work than it should be. This app is the perfect solution for taking that burden off of me, and letting me show my customers how much I've given!

Super simple to set up and configure by adding the code. Iron Doggy™ (irondoggy.com) can now donate to Dog/Animal Rescue or we can configure it to let the customer choose which charity they prefer to donate to. Awesome app!

Please update your tutorial as it is outdated and no longer supports Dawn theme which is not great. Thanks.
