Amazing App. Customer support is crazy good. I asked them to remove a visible feature and they did. Edited the code for me within 30 min. I had an issue another time months later and they fixed it within 2 hrs. Can't speak highly enough of how quick they help. 10/10.
So, I had an issue with installation and I reached out to Andrea. You'll see his name everywhere on Giveaway Ninja.
He identified my issue immediately and corrected it. I was up and running in minutes of me telling him what was going on.
Being behind a computer is not my bag. So, its super important for to find intuitive software and top-notch support. Don't look any further if that's what you need these guys are great!

So far this app seems easy to use and integrates easily. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Time will tell if the app pays off, I think it will.
Customer service representative was patient and super helpful. Even though as a business they should be focused on their application, they were very knowledgeable about Klayvio and walked me through some of the process. 100% would recomend this app and super helpful staff!
First let me tell you..... Andrea is amazing. So helpful. Really is. Have a problem or need something change to make it your own and he is on it like crazy. Also filled with a ton of ideas on how to make things work the way you want. The app is loaded with tons of features that you pay a arm and leg for with other apps. Super clean and responsive. I love the idea that you can tag customer that go into Klaviyo. Our goal is to walk people into our business slowly and introduce things to them and not to scare them away. Also it has a lot of interaction with the customer as ways for them to earn more points or entries. The big feature is referral a friend. We added a lot of new elements to our site and with this app you can have them visit and explore and get points for it. (great way to educate your customers) With all seriousness, give them a try and make sure you reach out if you need anything. Customer service is the best I've seen on Shopify. Just a quick update.... Less than one week using the app and already had over 200 entries and many referrals. Really works on expanding your email list and get people to go through your site. SECOND MAJOR Update...He took my suggestion and added it to the app. You can now have customers who buy be entered into the sweepstake. Totally amazing You Really need to try this app. In two months we gained a ton of contacts that we can promote our products too.
