This is a great app for running contests with amazing customer support. Andrea helped me with every little detail in getting my first contest up and running. The results so far have been way beyond my expectations. If you're looking for a great way to build your email list by using contests, then this is the app for you.

Just installed this app on our site LongRideShields.com. Created our first campaign and it is now live. Had a few hiccups in the setup but CrazyRocket tech support was on it! They responded very quickly and helped develop working code as well as things overlooked when setting up this first campaign. Have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Both the giveaway software and the wheel spin software are really well laid out to make it easy to set up, and look professional on the store.

They also go above and beyond to assist their customers to ensure they have a smooth experience with all the software. When i say they go above and beyond, i mean you will be hardpressed to find an app developer out there who even gets close to the level of customer support these guys provide.

This app is great. You can post the giveaway and Giveaway does the work for you. The customer service is incredible and very helpful. This is one app you really need if you want to run a seamless giveaway.

This app is very simple, easy to set up and get running. I did have some questions about running campaigns and integrations, and Andrea helped me out! Not only did she address the issues I was having she also improved upon my setup! I've tried a lot of plug in apps and the customer service was really lacking, but this wasn't the case with Giveaway Ninja. You won't be overcharged and unable to reach support. I also like that you can scale your subscription to the sign up volume. It's all around awesome! I highly recommend this app!
