Giveaway Ninja is absolutely great. It drives a lot of traffic to your store without the need of setting up paid advertising. Additionally, I want to say that the company totally rocks and the support is definitely among the kindest people out there!

When I first downloaded the app, I thought it was fine & would do the trick for what I needed it to do. After setting up my first giveaway, I followed the instructions to embed it, but had issues getting it to show up (because I entered an incorrect link).... I panicked because I had just launched it, but it wasn't showing up..... Reached out to customer service thinking it would take at minimum a few hours to get a response, but they responded in minutes! Andrea went above & beyond and helped me make my giveaway look even more branded and made recommendations to make it more successful & help promote it. SO, SO impressed! We're using monthly giveaways to boost traffic, so I'm really happy this app is proving to be a great choice. Thank you!

I used this app for a few giveaways and seemed to have good results but I was frustrated with the lack of metrics provided, specifically I wanted to know how many unique email subscribers it was adding every month. I mentioned my frustration to them and within 2 hours they added this feature to app. Now that is customer service! Will definitely continue to use this app.

Giveaway Ninja is a great company, they have gone up and beyond helping me as a new retail business. Andrea has helped me get the most out of the app and has helped me in so many other ways beyond what the app offers. This is a great app for running contests with amazing customer support. Andrea helped me with every little detail in getting my first contest up and running.
