This app is very simple, easy to set up and get running. I did have some questions about running campaigns and integrations, and Andrea helped me out! Not only did she address the issues I was having she also improved upon my setup! I've tried a lot of plug in apps and the customer service was really lacking, but this wasn't the case with Giveaway Ninja. You won't be overcharged and unable to reach support. I also like that you can scale your subscription to the sign up volume. It's all around awesome! I highly recommend this app!

I'm currently working on conducting a giveaway for my apparel brand and this app has been amazing! Customer service is great as well. Andrea has been amazing throughout my process. One thing I would recommend is adding a feature to retweet a tweet. There's an option to link Instagram posts for people to like and repost, but not to retweet a tweet. That would be helpful as well!

I recently installed this app in order to promote and boost my small business for a quick social media promo. And its been so great so far! I reached out for assistance and was not only responded to promptly , I was also given super helpful tips & tricks , a list of websites to possibly promote on, AND she even went out of her way and reformatted my header! Easy to set up and install, took two seconds to integrate with Mailchimp too. Support is second to none, literally the most helpful tech support I've ever experienced. Would recommend.

This app is amazing! It was so easy to set up and install my giveaway. I really like how there are multiple options for entry actions, and that I could use as many (or as few) as I needed. I didn't need any support during the giveaway (everything functioned perfectly!), but I did have a question about exporting data after the giveaway. The support team is amazing! They got back to me in less than 24 hours and went above and beyond in answering my question.
I'm excited to use Giveaway Ninja in my future giveaways!
