App is pretty user friendly. Customer support is 10/10. Very quick, quality responses. Besides the app being awesome on its own, the amazing customer service is what deserves a 5/5!

I looked at several conversion/giveaway apps before deciding on Giveaway Ninja. There is not a moment I regret the decision to add this app to our Shopify marketing toolbox. Easy to use, lots of great integrations with email and social. Support was quick to reply and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

This business of setting up a shop is very new to me and having tried various apps I can tell you that this one is FANTASTIC! It is such a great way to try and build your base and a fun way to do it. I'm not technically inclined so I have been relying on customer support and they are hands down the best I have encountered - Andrea is amazing! We are using the app to assist with engagement. It loaded up perfectly and when we had a minor issue, customer support at Giveaway Ninja jumped right in. Not only did they clarify things for us they dove in and optimized things for us. Full marks!

I was getting super frustrated as I couldn't get an HTML code to work, so I reached out to customer support and Andrea was the nicest, most patient support person I've ever encountered, and SO helpful! Come to find out, it was my own error that was interfering with the code embedding. I haven't gotten further than that in utilizing the actual app, but I absolutely would recommend Giveaway Ninja based solely on their customer service. :)

The support was amazing. They helped me to solve all the things I wanted, and I didn't need to do anything myself. And they also gave me a gift . How cool is that.. Thanks
