Fittingbox integrates well with our Shopify store. This app offers customers a fun and interactive way to try on glasses virtually. The face tracking of the augmented reality try-on feature is impressive, based on user feedback; it accommodates different faces well, with the AR glasses moving well with your head when turning.

There are a couple of areas that could use some improvement. While most sunglasses that are not currently in their system can easily be added manually, this feature does not work well for shield-type sunglasses. Additionally, a live counter for the number of try-ons per month would be a fantastic feature to have, helping us keep track of customer engagement more effectively.

Overall, we've found Fittingbox to be the best virtual try-on app for eyewear stores on Shopify, and we highly recommend it!

Thank you for your review. One of Fittingbox’s value is make good and improve: we love hearing feedback from our customers.

Here are precisions about the digitization of shield type sunglasses: inside the app, you get free access to a dedicated online platform that automatically digitize glasses from just two photos. This digitization mode is powered by IA and some cases are not yet fully compatible such as glasses with no frames or sports style frames.

We get you covered in any case: if the 3D renderings obtained automatically on the online platform are not qualitative enough, other digitization modes are available upon request.

Regarding the usage stats, you can track events and clicks on your "virtual try-on" button by implementing a tag via Google Tag Manager. This will enable you to track the number of virtual sessions and see the data via your Google Analytics account or other data tracking solution.

We will keep you informed of future developments of the Shopify application in this area.
