After waiting for 3 days after the GLB model was uploaded, I finally received a response from the team and they also elaborated the model properly. The experience was initially frustrating but then everything was fixed promptly by the team. Thank you guys!

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and for the frustration this caused.
Your GLB files were uploaded on Jan 23. As mentioned in our email sent on the morning of Jan 26, GLB models require a manual review by our human designers before they can be processed by our AI system.
Since Saturday and Sunday are our weekly days off, this unfortunately resulted in a short delay in review.
This human-in-the-loop process is in place to ensure the highest possible 3D quality and to avoid repeated revisions later, which would otherwise cost more time on both sides.
