Works great for competitions and giveaways. We mostly use Gleam to celebrate landmarks and spread the word on new products. It's an effective, fun way to engage with our audience and help build a following.

Unfortunately, this APP doesn't support other languages than English.

Well, they say it supports 25 languages (French included) but in reality... Many of translations are missing (so phrases remain in English), are weird and not natural, or are made with Google translator which is even worse I think.
And if you would like to change all these texts by yourself, you have to pay 100$/month more for a plan that includes this option.

Too bad because app seems to be good (but I'm not sure because I couldn't even run any contest because of this language issue).

So far so good, very easy navigation, better than other apps that do similar things. Looking forward to using Gleam in future giveaways.

Unfortunately this app just requires plan upgrade after plan upgrade in order to get any real use from it. The final straw for me was not being able to use competition hashtag entries unless I upgraded to an almost $400USD / month plan!
Until you upgrade to the next plans from the last plans (all payable immediately) you won't really know easily, what you are in for.

We do have a refund policy that is happy to refund any purchases if the plan doesn't suit your campaign before you launch, I can see someone has done this for you :)

Wasted $39 to try the app for 8 minutes to realize it wasn't going to work. Once you start building a contest you realize there are several paid upgrades you need to do almost anything. Purchased one upgrade, realized I needed two more, thought this app was a good free choice and then found it would cost over $150 a month to do what I need. Disappointed I just wasted $39

Our refund policy covers cases like this, if you've upgraded but decide the app isn't for you before launching your campaign just submit a support ticket and we'll refund no questions asked!

Pretty cool, but wish there was more support at the free level. As a startup, I don't have a lot of funds for monthly services right now but still want to do normal things like grow my newsletter subscription to the few people who will participate. I feel like subscription levels should be centered around the number of users being reached or something...
