Great sets of apps - fantastic support. we recently upgraded out theme and the team at Globo stepped in and quickly rectified the items that needed fixing. Great partner to have!

We needed to display several variant images and customize the display of buttons etc... The application lets you customize a lot of things. The customer service is really good, they answer very quickly and are at your disposal. Mention +++ for the customer service

Please note that we have a website with over 2000 references, and to benefit from this quality of support and implementation, we had to pay for the last plan.

The app is very convenient to use, the key is the customer service attitude is very good, their technical team response speed is also very fast. Can help me solve the problem quickly. Greatly increased my sales

Great app, has a very wide range of customization options even for the free version. Their customer support is really helpful too. Jay helped me a lot with some issues I had for setting up the color swatch, great guy :)

Good customer service is one of those must haves that I look for when choosing an app on Shopify. I must say GLO’s app and their customers service so far has been great. I would certainly recommend the GLO app for anyone looking for more control over your swatches.

Terrible experience with this app and their support. First, I contacted them about the GLO color swatch disappearing when another language is selected, leaving customers unable to choose a color. Initially, they said their developers would fix it. After being ignored for a while, I reached out again, only to be told I need to purchase the Gold plan for a fix. Seriously? You couldn’t inform me upfront?

If your store uses multiple languages, beware: this app will remove the color swatch widget for all languages except the original one. And even in the original language, the widget might just disappear entirely, leaving customers without the ability to select colors.

I’m already using another one of their apps and paying $24.50 per month, but I will 100% uninstall it today. Their support is 0% helpful, and I hated every bit of dealing with them. Avoid Globo at all costs!
