To start, I have about zero experience. I messaged Globo software and they were able to assist me in less than 24 hrs. Not only that, but they assisted me with something that has nothing to do with their apps. Since their help, I have been extremely impressed with how their apps functions on my website and would highly recommend them, not only for their apps, but their customer service.

I can't believe this add-on is free. I had some minor issues trying to add it on my website and reached out, Sarah N. helped me immediately and was super patient. Amazing customer service and also just overall a great app!! Highly recommend.

Customer service is great. They helped me customize couple things that I really wanted very quickly.

I needed a larger swatch size than their "large" size & support helped me out right away. This app was a good replacement for an app Shopify removed from the app store.
