Great support, really helpful. Apps has many customizations and options to edit. Also it does the job as it should, which is big +.

Hard to use, there's a lot of problems. I've been reaching out to support over and over for weeks and still have not heard back. It's impossible to get ahold of anybody. Not worth it in my opinion.
Fast help, it didn't show up on my home page and it was fixed in 3 minutes, thank you!
