I was unable to configure the grouping settings for product variations, so I contacted support, and they were extremely helpful.
They immediately investigated the issue I reported and resolved it, which was a huge help.

Am loving this app as many of my products are often sold out in certain sizes so wanted an app that would show directly below the product of what sizes were left so customers didn't have to click into each product to figure it out. Am not very techie and Sarah was an angel and helped me install it through the chat. Great response and great help. Love it!

I absolutely love this app and all the customization options available for the swatches! There are so many ways to customize them, which makes it really easy to get exactly the look I want.

I also had a small issue with how the swatches were being displayed in my store, so I contacted customer support. Within minutes, Annie got back to me and fixed the issue for me. She was incredibly nice, helpful, and quick to respond.

GLO Color Swatch Variant Image is exactly what my store needed. Setup was fast and beginner‑friendly, I didn’t touch a single line of code. The color and image swatches display nicely both on product pages and collection lists. When customers click different color options, the product images switch instantly. I was having trouble testing the app out for a client's site and I messaged support and was responded to by Annie within seconds and she was able to help me get everything set up with ease! She was so kind and helpful, and most of all efficient! I am even still waiting on replies from support from other apps that are over 24hrs since I sent a request so Annie's response time is STELLAR!
