I was having issues getting the variants on a product. I immediately started a chat. Gemma responded right away and told me how to fix the issue, but I still could not fix it. GREAT, I MEAN GREAT, SERVICE FROM JAY!! This app is a game changer for our business.

I had an issue where the swatches didn't want to show up, basically in a lightbox. They were working in the product page but not in a specific lightbox.
I contacted them and they quickly resolved my issue, and initially got in touch with me in less than 12 hours.

We used this app for the color swatches on our product page. It's a great app and Sarah helped us install it on our product page properly. The swatches look good and accurate; we can add images if we want. It makes a huge difference in customer experience. Highly recommend this app!
