Helpful support from Helen when trying to fix issues with the app and or understanding how it works.

Just installed the app and couldn't find the functionality I needed so jumped on chat and lovely Helen helped me to set things up and stayed with me to make sure it all worked. Unfortunately after getting everything set up I found that I couldn't add more than one product group without upgrading the plan to the top level. Disappointing there wasn't another option as I don't need the full functionality of the app as it doesn't work for my store setup. I'll still give the app a try and see what happens.

The support is very helpful, especially Annie. She is fast to respond. However the time difference make it hard to coordinate. Also the chat always restarts if you move around Shopify.

Helen replied to my questions quickly and professionally. It’s great to know this app is optimized for Shopify so it doesn't negatively impact page speed, which is crucial for customers' experience. This is our first day using the app, and so far, we are impressed. We look forward to seeing how it performs in the long run.

Good app but a bit glitchy sometimes. Support does solve your problems very fast, but you have to be checking the proper functionality time to time.

We had a bug appear with the colour swatches only showing up for about a second on the product page and then disappearing, essentially making our site break as no one could add to cart. The team at Glo Colour Swatch were onto this really fast and solved the issue quickly. Very pleased with the service from them

Very good if you want to Sync multiple Products with the same variants or colours, but if you only want to use ,as an example, color swatches for only one product, then it doesnt work unless you have a 1 product store. Very good customer service though.
