La aplicación no ha ayudado mucho para la implementación de un selector de colores para los múltiples productos que tenemos.

La interfaz es muy sencilla de utilizar, en especial después de la actualización.

El soporte es excelente, tuvimos un pequeño problema con la selección de unas opciones para nuestro productos y con la ayuda de Helen, la cual nos atendió de manera rápida y precisa, se puedo arreglar el problema rápidamente y sin afectar el proceso de compra.

I honestly cannot thank Steven enough for the help he gave me. He spent around an hour and a half working with me, going through my website in detail, looking at the code, identifying issues and helping me fix things that I would never have been able to sort out on my own.

Absolutely amazing app and even better customer support by Helen! The app is super easy to use and works perfectly with my store. I had some issues while integrating photo variants with my current theme late at night, and I honestly thought I’d have to wait until the next day for help. Globo has been absolutely brilliant for us. The app itself works really well, but what has impressed us most is the support. We have a custom requirement on our store, and each time we update our theme we usually need to get back in touch for a little help getting everything lined up again.

I had a UX issue where users selected a size that was unavailable, but it wasn't obvious. The theme defaulted to adding a size S to cart. Helen was able to get this fixed where it's now obvious that a size is unavailable and that the user is adding a size S to cart.
