Had an Issue with one color setting on a specific product.
Send a message to the customer service, Sarah replied.
She replied within a few minutes we talked how we could solve the problem.
The developer-team looked into it and it was solved 24 hours later.
Very good service and work from the TEAM.

I have been using Shopify for quite awhile and have installed many Apps over that time. I must say I have just had the best experience with GLO Color Swatches...particularly with the Consultant named Sarah!

I live in Australia, so one of the biggest hurdles is overcoming problems when most support teams are offline. Even though it was the weekend...Sarah was able to install my App and make some necessary changes for me. She was the most helpful, kind, and professional consultant I have found so far.

I had to call on Sarah a 2nd and 3rd time, and each time she was extremely helpful and resolved all of my requests in a very timely manner. I also received help from Jay and I couldn't be more impressed by the professionalism by the whole team.
