Was starting a new store and found GLO Color Swatch and installed but had issues with it showing up on my Turbo theme and their support was amazing and quick to assist and get the site working within 24 hours. Did somone say this app was FREE?? Are you kidding me? Best app in shopify!

I was deeply disappointed with this app. It took me lots of time to adjust my variant pills and everything and everything looked amazing, it was the first app that actually met my requirements so I was surprised and pleased. But I launched the store and found out my variants were not showing for languages other than English, because this app doesn't support it (the only app they support is paid). HOWEVER the support team came up with another solution and adjusted my website to display these swatches at least for English and kept the other languages in their default variant pills which I am very grateful for as I really wanted to use this app! So thanks to the whole team and I am changing my one star to 4 as the app still needs some adjustment to be able to work with other languages as well. Overall I recommend this app to everyone :) (also need to say that Sarah in the support team was really nice and helpful and handled all my queries very professionally, thanks!)

Needed some help and i got a very very great and fast support after writing an email
Everything was sorted out within 30 minutes

The app itself has worked very well for us but the support/development team is not very good. We had a minor issue where color swatches weren't showing up correctly when you use the search function on the website. I asked if they could fix it and got a prompt response. They jumped on the site and "fixed" the issue. It created a ton of issues with my image carasole, color swatches, and more. So the 2nd time they said they "fixed" the issue now it's missing all together from the collection page, images/colors are still missing, etc. I should've just left well enough alone instead of letting them try to fix a minor issue.
