Helen replied to my questions quickly and professionally. It’s great to know this app is optimized for Shopify so it doesn't negatively impact page speed, which is crucial for customers' experience. We've tried a lot of different apps but this worked out the best for us, a bit pricey but worth it. The customer service was very fast and professional.

Very good if you want to Sync multiple Products with the same variants or colours, but if you only want to use ,as an example, color swatches for only one product, then it doesnt work unless you have a 1 product store. Very good customer service though.

Good app but a bit glitchy sometimes. Support does solve your problems very fast, but you have to be checking the proper functionality time to time.
