I've had some trouble finding the right settings between the Globo Color Swatch app and the Globo Product Options app. Thankfully Annie guided me through this with a lot of patience and provided me with a great solution. Great support Annie!

I have no idea on what timeline these people are but it's 4 AM in my country and I got my issue solved in about 4 minutes. That sums up their support, thanks Helen again for providing it and if anybody's reading this, have a nice day.

Getting the colors to show was a bit fiddly for me, but eventually it worked. Then I ran into a theme conflict which I couldn't solve myself. I reached out to the customer support and they reacted promptly and solved the issue right away. Even helped me understand how to troubleshoot myself should I switch themes. Special thanks to Helen who was fast and very friendly!

We are extremely satisfied with Globo Color Swatch. The app works great and the ability to show size and color variants directly on the homepage is a huge plus and something not many apps handle this well.
What really makes the difference, though, is the support team. Both the support and development teams have been incredibly helpful, fast, and professional. They solved everything we asked for and helped us achieve an excellent final result.
