Great, Globo always were here by mail when I contacted them for help, they have a great service, trustful, patient and this app offers the option I need to make my website better so I'm glad about it, also they make updates really often to always improve, BIG thank you to all the staff from globo, Helen, Sarah, David, Jay, Ariya! I was having issues getting the variants on a product. I immediately started a chat. Gemma responded right away and told me how to fix the issue, but I still could not fix it. Gemma went in and solved the issue. From the time I started the chat to the time the issue was solved took less than 10mins. Thank you Gemma!

Free plan is good enough till you have 100 products. Post that the paid plans do make it convenient. Good support too! I had an issue regarding swatches not showing on certain products. Jay was very quick to help and offer a solution. Highly recommend!
I had an issue where the swatches didn't want to show up, basically in a lightbox. They were working in the product page but not in a specific lightbox.
I contacted them and they quickly resolved my issue, and initially got in touch with me in less than 12 hours.
They are very good at supporting the app. Thank you.
I had some problems with the samples that I couldn't figure out. Jay helped me very quickly and excellently.
