Good customer service is one of those must haves that I look for when choosing an app on Shopify. I must say GLO’s app and their customers service so far has been great. I would certainly recommend the GLO app for anyone looking for more control over your swatches.

We used this app for the color swatches on our product page. It's a great app and Sarah helped us install it on our product page properly. The swatches look good and accurate; we can add images if we want. It makes a huge difference in customer experience. Highly recommend this app!

I had an issue where the swatches didn't want to show up, basically in a lightbox. They were working in the product page but not in a specific lightbox.
I contacted them and they quickly resolved my issue, and initially got in touch with me in less than 12 hours.

The GLO Color Swatch, Variant Image app has been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store! It’s incredibly easy to use, and the setup process was smooth and straightforward. I love how it enhances the shopping experience for my customers by displaying variant images directly under each color swatch. Customer Support is great.
The app is great when it works but the UI of it is a bit weird and confusing
