The app is great! I had an issue with the colour variants not showing on a collection page when you filter through different options, I spoke to Sarah who was very helpful. She responded quickly and the issue was resolved the next day. Would definitely recommend this app if you want to let your website visitors know on a collection page that your products are available in different colours.

I was facing a problem and I called someone to help me and Sarah helped me and in a short time the problem was solved.

Awesome app! One of my favorites by far. Have been using Shopify for 4+ years now and wish I came across this app earlier! Definitely makes your website's product pages more professional! The original variants were loading before the new GLO Color Swatch variants, so I reached out to customer service. The CS team was fast to respond and helped me edit the code in my Shopify theme to make it work as well as added a loading animation to make the whole page more professional. AWESOME!

Great extension for the customer experience and good support from GLOBO (app owner)

I needed help with the variant picker because it wasn't showing the photo for the variant when the variant was selected. I contacted support and they fixed the problem in under 30 minutes and also fixed some UX code as a recommendation. Thank you for helping me Sarah, I really appreciate it.

I had a problem and wrote to them (it was at the weekend) but they wrote back within a few minutes and we were able to solve the problem. TOP SUPPORT!

My colour swatches didn't work immediately I had to try and error for several hours. Eventually I asked the support for help. They responded very quickly and helped me, until the problem was solved. The buttons now look fantastic and very professional. Thank you for your help and the great app! Keep doing the great work!
