I need help. The colors swatch doesn't appear en Products Page. I sent an email, please, answer, my customers can't buy because can check color or size. I will change the review later when you solve it. Thank you
The app itself has worked very well for us but the support/development team is not very good. We had a minor issue where color swatches weren't showing up correctly when you use the search function on the website. I asked if they could fix it and got a prompt response. They jumped on the site and "fixed" the issue. It created a ton of issues with my image carasole, color swatches, and more. So the 2nd time they said they "fixed" the issue now it's missing all together from the collection page, images/colors are still missing, etc. I should've just left well enough alone instead of letting them try to fix a minor issue.
