A great tool to customize your header the way you want to!
We wanted to have a small change which I guess needed to be coded, and the team did a great job helping us there to make it look just the way we needed it. And they did it for free. We're definitely going to upgrade the subscription for this tool.
Big recommendation!
In our shop we needed a very developed menu that went beyond the screen length, they were the only ones to solve this problem.
Globo Mega Menu is user friendly overall. When updating our menu with vendor icons, the icons were so small, they were unreadable. I reached out to customer support and they resolved the issue within a day. My one frustration is if you add a new menu item and want to move it around to be in alphabetical order, it is difficult to get everything in the right location. Otherwise, I am happy with the app.
Looks great and easy to use, but after you set it all up there are glitches. On a Desktop view, you cannot click on the checkout cart on your website. I contacted tech support, but there was no response to fix this issue. We installed it since we had so many complaints from our customers and who knows how many people on a desktop could not check out their purchase, so they left our site.
Great for helping organize stores with a large number of products. Simple, clean interface that you quickly get used. Top notch support if you ever get stuck on something.

Added a new mega menu to our site using the Globo Mega Menu app. Received support from the team who were extremely helpful and did all they could to ensure our requests were dealt with
Originally I gave them a 1 star review because downloading the app destroyed my entire store. I reached out and Globo, who has really good customer service. They restored my page to what it was originally. What I do not know is, was there a problem on either end that caused my sight to become scrambled?
