La nueva app para mi tienda online ha sido una gran adición. La interfaz es intuitiva y fácil de usar, lo que facilita la gestión de inventario, pedidos y envíos. El rendimiento es excelente, sin retrasos ni problemas técnicos.

El soporte técnico ha sido excepcional, siempre disponible y eficaz en resolver cualquier duda o problema. Las actualizaciones regulares mantienen la app al día con nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras. 10/10

This app is laggy + its not compatible with dawn. Also menu features doesnt show up in the store when added. All over a very bad experience!

(Except the support, they are quick and reliable, but app is a nightmare)

Details:
- Tried to add it to Dawn and it shows up, but when you click anything in the main menu, it takes you to sm random pages
- Tried to add a product carousel, didnt show up
- Not Replacing the old menu or working with it in any way
- All over laggy, bad explained and just not user friendly + far from worth a subscription.

Sometimes editing the menu yourself can be a little difficult, there isn't aw whole lot of options and it isn't the most user friendly but it works and i made a pretty decent looking menu with little help. however, the support team is very attentive and helpful with fixing issues and helping you design specific things on the menu. They mainly offer email support but they are very quick with responding and offering solutions to problems if they can't fix it themselves.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Globo. The team was prompt and efficient in implementing the requested changes to the product labels and prices. Even though there was a minor misunderstanding regarding certain discounted prices, the communication was clear, and the necessary adjustments were swiftly made once I clarified my needs. Additionally, they addressed a display issue on mobile that I reported, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend their services for their professionalism and ability to cater to specific requests.
