Always on hand to help, I asked for some help on a Friday, during the day for us but evening time for them, they said it may be a long wait due to it being evening and the weekend. It's incredibly user-friendly and customizable, allowing me to create a sleek and professional menu that perfectly suits any brand. The support team is phenomenal and I really enjoy working with them. They provide fast assistance whenever i need to make any changes to our menu even helping with css styling improvements. Definitely recommend working with them, as I will now check out their other apps also.

Absolutely outstanding support!
We had a problem with the mapping of the menu in the mobile area. However, this was our fault because the settings didn't fit and the communication to the theme had to be adapted in the CSS.

Zack, boom, bang, contacted support and shortly afterwards everything was perfect.

The app is highly recommended and makes it much easier to set up the menu structure.

have been using globe menu since the end of jan 2024, and its been great. the support is very helpful and quick to get back to me. I just had updated to the latest theme version and they quickly got my menu back up and running on It.

Works fantastic with our theme and offers a lot of styling and functions otherwise not available with the built in navigation. The support team are also on "rapid response" :) and check and fix things in real time. Recommended

This app seemed to offer a little more than the other mega menu options out there. I preferred the look of the mobile menu as well. Once downloading the app, I found it easy to use. After getting familiar with the app, i found myself needing some customization help and tbh I have had LOTS of questions. The team has been very helpful with their responses. I would prefer quicker responses but I understand they are in a different timezone so i just plan accordingly. I really appreciate their flexibility and willingness to help with all of my questions. Looking forward to publishing my new menu very soon!

It's the easiest app I found to have a tailored mega menu for beginners because they have a preview mode where you can actually predict how it's going to look as you go editing it. Thank you!
