Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

This app is a good value for the amount of options there are, with really excellent customer service and the team offers solutions right away. However when setting up, I was under the impression that the tools I was using was part of the free tier, which felt misleading at first however app was still worth paying for compared to other prices on the market.

Had some issues to get it published the way it looked in the WYSIWYG editor. But with the help of Sarah, it now works.

The app is good for the price.

However, it sorely lacks flexibility and customization between the mobile Mega menu and the PC version.

It makes sense that you wouldn't want to display items the same way on a PC and a mobile device.

And the only way to do that is to ask support to code it.

Luckily, Sarah from support was there and very responsive!

Otherwise, I would have given it a bad rating.

Because having to use CSS just to change image sizes on mobile devices is not normal when you consider that 80% of users are on mobile devices.

What's more, it's CSS that has to be done by their developers, because it's very specific.

It's complicated to do it yourself.

Awesome fast support for any custom changes!

So far so good, the app is doing what I needed and for a reasonable price. Sarah was very helpful via live chat for questions and answers!

Die Einrichtung der App war für uns nicht ganz frei von Komplikationen und die App übernimmt auch noch nicht alle Design-Änderungen, aber damit können wir leben. Die Supporterreichbarkeit und der Support von Sarah, Andrew und dem Entwickler-Team im Hintergrund hingegen war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich! Einzige Kritik, wenn die Leute nach Hause gehen, weil bei Ihnen gerade Nacht ist, wäre das gut zu wissen :-)!

I had an issue, that I couldn't get my megamenu to go across my enire page. I reached out to the support and they fixed it for me, just the way I wanted it. I also had a wish that they would add a possibillity to choose to have a shadow under the submenu. In a few minutes they added it on my menu. So now I have the mega menu just as I want it. Thank you!

So, for the support it's five stars. För the app it's a bit less because I think what I wanted should be in the tool from the beginning.

Sometimes editing the menu yourself can be a little difficult, there isn't aw whole lot of options and it isn't the most user friendly but it works and i made a pretty decent looking menu with little help. however, the support team is very attentive and helpful with fixing issues and helping you design specific things on the menu. They mainly offer email support but they are very quick with responding and offering solutions to problems if they can't fix it themselves.

Ottima app che permette di creare dei bei menu. 4 stelle su 5 perche in ogni caso si necessita sempre del loro supporto per far funzionare bene il menu.
Ma il supporto è disponibile e competente! soprattutto sarah!
