Support was super fast with helping out and giving a custom solution for us. Very helpful, understood the problem fast, app works great and does exactly what it is supposed to. Couldn't be better.

I'm guessing there has been a recent(ish) update to this, because the last time I installed it, it was good, but now it's amazing! So easy to use and add products and collections and so many choices for layout. Fabulous work.

Don't waste your time with any other menu apps – GLOBO MEGA MENU is hands down the best option out there for Mega Menus. The app is really great in functions and user experience. Was having some unexpected bug on admin side, the support immediately looked into, and Emma from support fixed it before 12 hours from my first interaction. It was amazing customer support. The app is free and very useful for every single shopify store. Need to work on speed optimization a bit. The score in various speed optimization platforms, affects a bit because of this app. But the customer experience and functions for free is really amazing! Keep doing great work. Great support, Solve all the issue that I was having!

I used to have bacon mega menu - god it was complicated to setup and maintain. Then I move to buddha mega menu which was good, but I wanted more features and better UI. Globo mega menu gives it all, reasonably easy menu setup where I dont have to tweak with the menu names and codes like the bacon mega menu but intuitive editing. Support is great on their chat window within the app, usually immediate response during their working hours.
My only gripe is that setting up the spacing and images under a main menu item etc has a learning curve, and screwing up sizes means deleting the sub menu (or top level menu item) and creating again. No way to go and adjust a little and see the effect. But that is ok for something you dont edit frequently.

Easy to use and looks great! Support is outstanding, and are very helpful. They fixed my problem in under 1 hour.
