Great app and support. Technical support is very helpful and respond immediately.Hoping though for the update of app to introduce the submenu color background change in hover.

This app is awesome really easy to yous and it looks very professional , and customer care is very helpful , i had some errors and i send them an email with the photos of the errors and they fixed every thing , and now ievery thing is working in order

I used this app to add easy user interface to my website. The drop down menu is vital for a good web page, and Globo Mega Menu executes this concept super well. The customer support that comes alongside this app is also outstanding, they're ready to help you whenever you need them, while also doing some niche customization for you when prompted to do so.
TL;DR, 10/10 app, really helps the user navigation on my website flow well.

Decided to go with the newer (more complex) Galleria Shopify Theme. Had many coding issues with trying to install various other types of Mega Menus. Didn't seem like this one was going to work either ... was getting quite frustrated after spending so much $$$ on the theme Lol... Until I reached out to this app's support team who swiftly entered into my store and fixed the coding issues quickly for both mobile and desktop. The support team was actually online on live chat and assisted me with the issue immediately vs. e-mailing other Mega Menu app support teams and some would not even respond to my enquiry. Good thing there is the free trial period! :) It is truly an easy-to-use app for shop owners AND extremely user-friendly for customers who will find your navigation fun to use and full of impressive collection slides and enticing product pictures! I absolutely LOVE this app! I love it so much I don't even want to leave this review because I don't want my competitors to find out about it! Look, my review is entirely about the customer service team. Seriously, their customer service team is absolutely phenomenal. The app wasn't showing on my website, so I messaged them on the weekend, expecting a reply on the next business day, but nope, they literally replied right away and solved the problem throughout the weekend, constantly remaining in touch with me. S+ customer service.

The best app I have used so far.
Easy to use and make a gorgeous megamenu. Some small issues when I installed the app, but support fixed that in less than 30 minutes :)
Highly recommended app that every store should have.
