I will explain, point by point, why you should not install this app, without any emotion.
#1. The top menu is visible in the header, but it is not possible to add a logo to this app.
#2. The app has features like login, register, logout, and my account links, but these features are not functioning. When we asked, we were told they do not work in the new version of the app. This is the first time we have seen an app updated without removing non-functioning features. Even when you manually add links like login/logout/register, they do not work correctly.
#3. The support agents know nothing about the app. Their English is at a beginner level, and even the developers do not speak English.
#4. The CSS is not responsive. Images do not shrink or grow. If you want to see images that appear in desktop size on mobile and tablet, you can install this app.
#5. The search function does not work.
#6. Icons should use SVG, but they use images instead. Your site will slow down, and you will face SEO issues. Additionally, the icons are not responsive.
#7. There is no custom CSS area. Settings are limited, and there are other bugs in the app.
#8. No one, including the developers, is helping to fix the issues. Instead, they respond as if they are dismissing you by saying your requests are special and they cannot help you, suggesting you look for another app.
This app is laggy + its not compatible with dawn. Also menu features doesnt show up in the store when added. All over a very bad experience!
(Except the support, they are quick and reliable, but app is a nightmare)
Details:
- Tried to add it to Dawn and it shows up, but when you click anything in the main menu, it takes you to sm random pages
- Tried to add a product carousel, didnt show up
- Not Replacing the old menu or working with it in any way
- All over laggy, bad explained and just not user friendly + far from worth a subscription.

Very terrible experience.
On paper it looks great, and when set-up it works well. But to actually work with it is a nightmare, especially trying to edit menu items. At best actions are slow to respond, and most other times the edit just puts the menu in an unresponsive state - often requiring to delete an entire menu tree, and just to start from scratch.
Would be a big thumbs-up for some amateur coders free beta version, but definitely not what one would expect from a premium priced commercial app.
I had a terrible experience with this app, and the customer service is not very well either. When requesting help to install the app properly, they made changes that did not work at all, and published it so it was live! When I asked if they could revert the changes, they did not respond. Also, the menu did not include brand logo or cart, essential for any ecommerce store (how can you buy if there is no cart?)

Im really fed up with this app its rubbish! I’m deleting it tomorrow it won’t work! On my iPad you cannot reach the save button, its very annoying. Its really behind the times!
I no longer needed this app, I downloaded it thinking it was monthly payment but I am still getting charged for it
It's terrible- doesn't save your work. No undo button. Things changed on me even when I saved them. I had to redo my menus 3 times b/c some how my sub menus were dragged out and I couldn't drag them back.
I have spent hours waiting for you for 2 days. Moreover, although you appear to be online, you do not respond. I am deleting your application!
