Excellent app.. with great backup service

Globo Menu is a great FREE App, but most of all, the support team is very helpful. We always had prompt replies.
Sarah has helped us from the beginning to the launch of our new site www.weltonlondon.com
The team installed custom icons in our menu (with css) and finalized last settings for Mobile Menu.

I had the best support Ive ever experienced with shopify apps, Sarah was amazing. She responded so fast to my questions, with excellent explanations. We also needed some custom coding to get the menu on our website which they did for free. The app is not hard to learn. It has amazing flexibility. It loads fast and looks great. I like that I can design the menu on the back end and then push the design changes to the website when ready. I also really like being able to add images and icons. You can add labels in the menu such as New or On sale or Popular. It really stands out and grabs attention. Enormous flexibility in terms of its functionality means its going to suit nearly everyone. I love that we can mirror Aliexpress menus which I find are simple for customers to use especially for stores with lots of products, and obviously its a highly successful design. I like the categories drop down too, really stands out. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it.

Great app with easy setup and styling. Support team are amazing. Jumped on to a request we had for further customisation and fixed within a couple hours of contacting them. Great communication and very helpful staff. Highly recommend!!

In terms of function, this Mega menu app is easy to setup and does what you need. We are still setting it up and have had some issues but customer support is great and have helped us resolve every detail so far. Hopefully the app keeps growing to improve the cosmetics and other personalization features. I will come back once its all setup to see if I elevate my score. UPDATE
We are about to go live with our website and the service that we have gotten from GLOBO team has been second to none. Unexpected to be honest based on other experiences. Globo customer service and dev team took care of all requests in less than 24 hrs even when it seamed to be a completely personalized asking. I'm sure the app will only get better. For anyone questioning whether to go with this or not, try this app out, you won't regret it!
